As a seasoned corporate and commercial lawyer, I have advised leading financial institutions, fintech companies, and technology-driven enterprises on complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and strategic business structuring both locally and across multiple foreign jurisdictions. I have since extended my practice into the Middle East, where I advise fintech and digital financial services providers on licensing, compliance, and market entry strategies aligned with regional regulatory frameworks. My international exposure has given me a strong understanding of both African and Middle Eastern financial ecosystems, enabling me to support clients operating across borders with practical, commercially aligned legal guidance.
